Eric Johnson started his career in real estate in 2006, focusing on sales of investment grade multi-family properties and condominium projects for developers. In 2016-17 alone he has sold over $45,000,000.00 of real estate assets in the Mission Hill, Jamaica Plain, Dorchester, South End, Charlestown, Back Bay and Roslindale neighborhoods of Boston. He has also sold over $200,000,000.00 of Real estate through out his career.
Eric has overseen projects from design and permitting through completed construction. He has consulted several development projects in various stages of the development process for projects ranging from $400k to $5.5M. Eric has a keen eye and often works with teams, both architectural and interior design, to tailor the details for specific markets.
Eric is no stranger to collaborating with sales, rental and marketing teams to increase project exposure and profitability. He has worked on many development projects (rentals/mulit-families/ and condominiums) in and around the Boston area focusing on all aspects of the job including pricing of the market and product pricing, construction and design. He has sold over $45M within the last 12 months and was named one of the top 100 real estate agents in New England in 2017.
